By using VennGrad ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. VennGrad is operated by Oluwaseyi Fadahunsi ("we", "us").
VennGrad is an AI-powered platform that matches graduate school applicants with research professors based on semantic similarity of research interests. The Service includes:
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
Premium features are available for one-time purchases. All payments are processed securely through Stripe (USD) or Paystack (NGN). Prices are displayed in your local currency where available.
Refund policy: Due to the AI-generated nature of our outputs, we offer refunds only if the Service fails to deliver a result (e.g., a generated email is completely blank). Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase to support@venngrad.com.

Match results, email drafts, and SOP feedback are generated by AI and are provided for informational purposes only. VennGrad does not guarantee admission outcomes, professor responses, or the accuracy of any AI-generated content. You are responsible for reviewing and personalizing all AI-generated emails before sending them.
Professor profiles are compiled from publicly available sources and may be incomplete or outdated. VennGrad makes no warranty regarding the accuracy of professor profiles, funding availability, or research focus. Always verify information directly with the professor or their institution.
The VennGrad platform, including its matching algorithm, UI, and brand, is owned by VennGrad. You retain ownership of any content you submit (research interests, SOP text). By submitting content, you grant VennGrad a limited license to process it to provide the Service.
VennGrad is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, VennGrad shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including any reliance on AI-generated content.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes by email.
